Meet Cassie Davis
Cassie Davis is a Community Relations Representative at APN, serving remotely from Arizona as part of the Community Relations Team. With 14 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Cassie brings a deep understanding of both clinical environments and the broader mental health community to her work, building meaningful partnerships and expanding access to care.
Cassie began her career in direct client care before transitioning into community relations, where she discovered her passion for connecting providers, families, and organizations with the resources they need. Her background in hands-on behavioral health services allows her to approach relationship-building with authenticity, empathy, and a strong appreciation for the shared mission that unites the field: helping others heal and thrive.
Background and Education
Cassie holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, earned in 2017. While her academic training focused on organizational systems and workplace dynamics, she chose to remain in the mental health space, where her professional experience and personal passion align most strongly.
Her years in behavioral health have shaped her collaborative, service-oriented approach. Cassie values the partnerships that make quality care possible and is energized by working alongside professionals who share a commitment to improving lives.
Cassie and her husband are the proud parents of two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, whether that’s swimming, going on bike rides, enjoying ice cream dates, or hosting family movie nights. She is excited to be part of the APN team and to contribute to a mission-driven community dedicated to meaningful impact.
