Britten Grayden is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Master Level Certified Addiction Professional. She is also a doctoral candidate, soon earning a PhD in Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology with a focus on Consciousness, Spirituality, and Integrative Health.

Britten specializes in utilizing a psychospiritual approach to assisting people with healing all forms of mental health challenges, most typically rooted in early traumas. She is an EMDR and Brainspotting practitioner and a highly experienced 12-Step facilitator.

Britten’s passion stems from her own personal recovery from substance and behavioral addictions, and she is continuously surprised at how incredible it truly is to watch others overcome the barriers that once blocked them from their own potential.

Britten is also a Zen Buddhist practitioner and avid meditator and believes fully in the power and possibilities in a daily meditation practice. The physiological and neurocognitive benefits of meditation and mindful living are guiding principles in her life, and she hopes to pass these understandings on to others.
